As Client Experience Director, Steve will act as liaison between our clients and the insurance companies to help navigate the complexity of the insurance marketplace. He will help our clients with both strategy, business process and resolution of escalated service issues with his “Can Do” attitude.
Steve brings with him an extensive background in the insurance industry, garnering over 20 years of experience including running small group operations in New York for Oxford/UHC. Steve has also managed several customer service teams of up to 30 as a senior operations and sales leader at wholesale and retail brokerages.
Steve graduated from Keene State College with a BS in Management and AS in Occupational Safety; college is where he also displayed his aptitude for leadership as captain of the school’s baseball team. Steve will bolster the ability of Cambridge to communicate clearly and effectively with its clients.
